One Sovereign Quay, Leeds

Currently known as Windsor House, the building comprises five floors, including a basement, located close to the station with great views across the river and to the South.

To be renamed One Sovereign Quay, the building is to be refurbished with full removal of the pitched roof and dormers and full height glazing to the third and fourth floors.

Martin Design Associates Ltd are providing the client with M&E tender drawings and documentation in addition to reviewing tender returns and providing support throughout the construction phase.
