Established in February 1993 with the aim of providing a professional and high quality service for all areas of building services design and management. Trading successfully for 10 years as a sole trader, MDA became a limited company in 2004.

In addition to major projects, we undertake a wide range of work from condition surveys to M&E design on smaller projects.

As a company we aim to be focused on our clients and to offer a quality design service that is a blend of innovation and proven technology.

We offer very competitive fees and are prepared to quote as a fixed price or on a percentage basis.
